Applied online and about 2 weeks later received an email asking me to take a test. Passed that and two weeks later was asked to set up a phone interview. It was very relaxed and felt more like a conversation. After about 3 weeks was asked for an in person interview. interview consisted of three different people. They explained the job and asked standard interview questions.
