It was a phone interview that took at least 2 minutes, the questions were about past experiences, how you think your skills contribute to this position, and if you are willing to get your insurance license for this position. which the license isn't stated in the application ad
It was very simple interview process with a couple of basic questions probably around 5 different questions all via phone call that I got to schedule a time slot for.

I was quickly contacted by a contacted by a recruiter after applying. The interview wasn't central time, so it was at 7 a.m. The recruiter asked if I was bilingual..after completing the application, I would think they would review the information. Anyway as quick as our conversation was, I received a rejection letter, I believe on the same day.
