The recruiter was more focused on getting to know who I was as a person, my background, and what my goals are. I spend the majority of my time just going over my resume and how the skills that acquired over the years could easily transition over to new role. The recruiter was great to conversate with and I truly enjoyed the interview.

What made you interested in applying for the position?
It went well and I enjoyed speaking with the interviewer. I only fill this out to achieve the 30 word requirement that is apparently mandatory to look further at this site.

Very thorough and personable interviewer who was enthusiastic about me and interested in my goals. Very smooth and left me excited to contribute my skillset. Looking like it’s going to pan out well.

Interview process was straight forward. No curve ball questions. Basically asked about my prior experience and why I would be a good fit for the role. Also, was interested about prior insurance experiences.
