Colloquio
It was all online, 6 questions (4 video responses), 1 DSA problem (mine was level hard on leetcode), and 1 salary expectation Q&A. It's all done on a platform known as HireVue
First round of interviews was an awkward process of recording video answers to questions. It's kind of insulting they can't spare 15 minutes for a screening phone call. The coding challenge they included was not very clear, and though I completed it, I spent more time trying to understand the question than solving it.

Colloquio
It's a 2 step interview process. First step is the HireVue round where you have 5-7 questions that involve STAR questions and 1 coding question. Coding question was basic string manipulation, easy problem, but the platform that was used was confusing to work with. Code is pre placed for you, you just have to fill in a simple algorithm, so it's more aligning your code to what is already there, rather then func(String x), like you'd normally write for other assessments.
8 hours after completing my HireVue, I was invited for round 2.
Round 2, for me, was a panel interview consisting of the entire team, that was strictly a behavior / culture fit. I thought that there would be some basic OOP / technical questions, as I read those in other interview processes, but in my case there weren't any. More STAR questions and casual chat. Awaiting a response, so ticking No Offer for now.

Domanda 1
95% of the questions asked were STAR / cultural fit questions. I only ever did one technical question and that was during round 1. No basic technical questions on round 2 for me.
