I applied online. The process took 1 week.I interviewed at State Farm in 9/15/2024
One way interview which is always not the best way to select the best candidate for the job. The process was a little tricky given that you're just talking to your computer screen. Very unfortunate because with this interview format they will continue to miss out on the best candidates.

Hirevue 1st round. They sent me a link and I had to complete it. It asked 7 questions and there was no time limit. Each question you had to record around 1 to 3 minutes of response.

team sent me a coding test
and onsite panel interview with five people and they interviewed me a group

Hire Vue - about four or five behavioral questions and one technical question I thought was easy. String manipulations. Then another round interview with the hiring managers and one developer, asking questions about my experience and some more coding questions.
