Colloquio
Take home assignment that took about 2-3 hours to complete. Followed up by a technical interview where they ask questions relating to the take home assignment. If you make it past that, there's a three-hour loop interview consisting of 4 rounds of back-to-back interviews: two behavioral, one with other employees in the same role, and another technical interview. The technical interview is an hour-long live coding interview. This seemed like overkill to me, as the take assignment and follow-up technical interview should be enough to get a sense of a candidate's technical capabilities. Live coding is not an effective way to evaluate this, in my opinion.

They use HireVue to conduct the first round of interviews by recording your responses to questions they consider relevant. The questions are behavioral but also highly technically relevant. For each question, you have one minute to prepare for the response and three minutes to answer. You can retry once for each question, but if you decide to retry, you can only use the clip from the second time. There was a coding challenge, and at the end, you will need to explain how you coded it. It can be very challenging for people who are uncomfortable being on camera. At the end of the interview, you must explain how you coded it that way. Side note, it will be very challenging for people uncomfortable with a camera.

Technical Assessment + HR Screen - assessment was relatively easy but required some time, feedback was minimal during HR Screen. Required sponsorship so did not make it through the following round.
Process took a while, since loop interview scheduled out. Started with a take home, and if pass the take home do an interview on that. That interview was good, asked a lot about the process and how to account for issues that arise when analyzing/creating datasets.
The loop interview was 4 interviews, 1 technical, 1 to chat with the team, and 2 hiring manager rounds. Hiring manager rounds, all behavioral. Technical I actually thought was too easy, one pyspark question and 2 sql. I think the sql questions were way to easy, tbh. I've had to pass much harder sql rounds. First technical was harder.
It would be nice if the process was shorter without such large gaps in weeks, I was just luckily that all my rounds of different interviews converged at the same time so that I could pick which offer I wanted.
