I was asked to come in for an on-site interview. The interviewer gave me a tour of the facilities and then I spoke with the 2 managers for the department. They asked mainly behavioral questions and asked about the range of my technical experiences. I was offered the position via phone call 2 days after my interview.

Very easy, short conversation with managers. No technical interview, just a conversation where managers explain the company, gauge your skill level. Managers were friendly and more than happy to hear about experience. Overall very low stress, comfortable environment
