The entire process took four days. I applied for the position on a Tuesday. I received an email from Krystal Dale the Corporate Recruiter on Thursday morning asking me to complete the data entry assessment and complete their application. A few hours after completing this I received a call from Krystal advising me of the potential start date and a brief description of the position. The hiring manager wanted me to come in the next day for an interview. Upon arrival for my interview I was greeted by Krystal. She showed me where the processors sit and had me complete three more assessments. (The same typing test, a simple 30 question multiple choice assessment, and a more detailed assessment that involved locating info within documents. After these assessments, I then did a few personality questions with Krystal. Then with the hiring manager. My time spent at the office was 1 hour. They were very thorough when giving details about the position. Seem like great people to work with.

initial phone screening then conversational, behavioral, panel interview with two managers. very kind and courteous. just want to know if you can handle work and accuracy requirements. Nice office with nice amenities. shifts are flexible and wfh capabilities with tenure.
