Really straight forward interview. First interview was over the phone and after 2 weeks got an in person interview with two employees. Not that hard just have to stand out. Three rounds interview with HR, VP, and Manager. Prior to that would be phone interview to screen potential employee choice of hire. Next would come the in person interview, and background checks if selected. The interview process was standard behaviour and situational questions regarding the past employment and reasons why state street would be a good fit.
