Call from HR, come in for an hour long interview to meet with 3-4 people on the team. Asked very general questions. Very relaxed environment and easy going people to talk to.

Basic run me through your resume and why this role and why State Street. Tell me a time that you did failed and how did you overcome that.
Mostly 1 round interview. Followed by HR round where salary would be discussed. You must know about the role you’re applying to and make sure you prepare well for the interview. The interview is mostly taken by the reporting manager or VP.
