The hiring interview were in 3 stages.
1) Recruiter calling and understanding the resume and if you are fitting the requirements and passing the resume to the hiring manager
2) Face to face with the hiring manager on day 1
3) After few days you get a call back and have back to back interviews with senior management- VP , SVP and MD
