Initial screening interview to compare skills and experience with job title and position requirements. Screening process was very standard and provided very limited background on the role, responsibilities, and key success factors. Second round was more involved and conducted by head of the team to provide additional screening before a broader team wide interview panel would then conduct a group interview to more effectively ascertain top candidates.

il y a 3 entretiens: le premier c'est avec les RH pour du screening ensuite le 2eme entretien avec l'équipe avec qui vous allez travailler et le 3eme avec le manager l'entretien se déroule normalement avec des personnes posant des questions sur certaines parties de votre expérience professionnelle ensuite il y a quelques questions d'ethique.
First interview with manager and a first selection is done then Panel interview then management and Human ressources, process can take a long time sometimes several months so could be very slow

2 rounds of interviews. Panel style. Standard questions based on previous experience. HR and Management were very polite and conversational. They did not shy away from any questions themselves. Lots of transparency.
