This was the easiest interview I have ever participated in. It was a phone interview which was a screening by someone in HR. Next was a 1:1 interview. Questions were extremely basic "interview" type questions. ie - Name three words that describes you. After seeing that I was an accounting major in college I was a lock for the position. I ended up leaving the company after 4 months.
The interview process was fairly smooth. not many technical questions, mostly behavioral. overall the interview process wasn't too bad and difficult as i expected it was going to be. There was no technical hard questions only behavioral questions.

Straight forward 2 round interviews. Usual HR screening and Skills interview. Passed it fairly easily. Recommend doing some skills interview practice. Give as much as practical experience examples with Star approach.
