The questions that were asked were very vanilla. (A time you showed leadership, tell me about project listed on resume, what interests you about this position) The interviewers were individuals that weren't in the same department and didn't have much knowledge regarding the department that I was interviewing for. HR was pretty responsive, but gives you very little time (48 hours) to make a decision.
