Very unstructured. 2 interview at maximum, one with the local reporting manager and one with an onshore counterpart. Preference given to staff who have worked for either of their Indian JVs. The interview with the local manager would be technical while the one with the onshore counterpart will be more casual to judge soft skills, etc.

Process consisted of 2 rounds of interview on Teams, both for half an hour. First round was with the Vice President, and 2nd with the Managing Director. Both were very nice and offered a lot of information about the company.
