The interview process starts with them calling you to setup and interview. When you enter the interview it is a Round robin interview, 3 people interviewing taking turns asking questions.

There were three people on the panel and they take turns asking you questions. They are writing your answers down so there isn't really any conversation. They gave me the questions to read over during the interview so I didn't need to ask them to repeat anything.
