The first red flag was that they requested a 3 hour long remote interview for the first stage. Who the hell has 3 hours to interview on the first stage with a full-time job. Had to speak with 3-4 people over the 3 hours and most were late and did not turn their camera on. Showed a lack of interest in me and what I have done. Did not get an offer. What a complete waist of time.
