Colloquio
About 2 hours for both technical skills and soft skills, one hour for each part. Soft skills part includes both sentence-type questions and a role play (like consulting scenario). Technical skills part is mainly about sampling and data analysis, very basic but requiring familiarity and quickness. A relatively more objective, comprehensive and therefore fairer interview process compared to many others.
