Was referred by an employee. Drafted strong CV and cover letter. Was invited via email for an interview at the corporate office. Sat down with a manager and was asked the usual gauntlet of behavioral interview questions and what I already knew about the company. The process was simple and to the point. I was prepared to ask questions once the interview was finished with their assessment.
