The process was overall good and well organized, I got asked relevant questions related to my future role as a Trainer. I was afraid that this could be too difficult for me and it actually was in the beginning, especially dealing with challenging team leaders and toxic co-workers, which fortunately left the company after a period of time. This was a little bit said during the interview, since the project was a little bit challenging, but I wanted to experience something new and gain more skills.
