This company hires through a staffing company called HCS, who will screen you for IQ, Technical knowledge, and Typing Speed. After passing all the tests, you will have an interview with one of the HCS Recruiters who will also ask you a series of technical questions to test your troubleshooting skills. Finally, the Project Manager that you will be working for if hired will also interview you at the Southfield location. This interview was in front of a small panel made up of the Project Manager, Trainer, and Quality Manager. After passing this one you will report for training.

The process was very quick, it only took two days for them to update you the results. From assessment to initial then final. All in all, good hiring process. Highly recommended
