Group Assessment Centre and individual interview. It was a good experience. We had a case study and had to work together to present an idea. Senior members/line managers were invited to watch during this process. Then I had 2 people interview me individually. They were super nice so I didn't feel super anxious. I like how the following day I got an update so that was nice.
