It was over call and lasted 8 hours divided in 3 round which involved a mock pitch too.The questions were repetitive and the rounds system seemed forced. There was discrepancy in the messaging

It was a 3rd interview session. 1st personal interview 2nd situational questions and point of view (written) 3rd practical evaluation The whole interview looks fake, as you enter the office, you will find staff partying with loud music (believe me, the was no decency of songs- bhaag bhaag dk bose, really?!). The interviewer's tone is completely fake. After qualifying through 2nd round, two women took me along with them and took me to bandra west, and they just brag that they have blue chip companies like Google, icici. At the end they make you to go collect donation for NGOs company to company in corporate offices. They take the whole day (not revealing at the beginning that exactly for which company the stellar functions). First they will say its 5% of field work on call, then they reveal its 100% field work for 2-3 weeks, then 70% for next 3-4 months and like this after a half year one becomes a business Development manager. And working hours is 10hrs!!!!
