Beware! They’re your best mate until you’re unsuccessful and they don’t get their commission, then they don’t want to know you. I dealt with Rosa Hilmi. Had a pre-interview with her, she then got me an interview with the company, then a second interview which she helped me prepare for; at this point I thought she was great. Didn’t hear anything after the second interview, I chased Rosa three times but my emails were ignored and calls not returned. It didn’t bother me that I didn’t get the job but at least have the decency to let your clients know they were unsuccessful and provide feedback. Clearly just after her commission and when I wasn’t the one who could get it for her she didn’t want to know me.
