Intense, excessive and pointless. I attended four interviews; two in person and two online, one of which was arranged within a couple of hours at unreasonably short notice with the CEO on a Friday afternoon. I received endless phone calls from HR, sometimes multiple times a day and frequently outside of working hours. I took a day off work for the fourth stage interview and invested time preparing a presentation, and after all that… they didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me they didn’t want to proceed. Suddenly all communication ceased. Immediately following the interview, they requested that I email them my presentation and advised they will let me know in the next couple of days. I followed up again after several days of silence, and never heard another word. I’m still annoyed by the absolute discourtesy of the whole process and lack of respect for my time. I would have been perfectly ok with a rejection, but not even bothering with that just shows contempt for the people they deal with.
