Was contacted by a recruiting employee of HR, via phone. Then followed up with an email confirming our in-person interview. The interview was dry, at best. Very standard. I believe the interviewer (HR personnel) was new. Questions were scripted. The manager of the department I would be serving in was also present. She didn’t speak much. I would describe the process as underwhelming.
