Brief about the roles and responsibilities was discussed. Two rounds of interviews were held. One with the general manager and the other with the Director. The director briefed me about the role which was very different from what i actually was made to do.

There was three rounds of interview. First round is HR round, Second is with Manager and Third is with Top Management. HR team is really supportive and polite. Overall good experience.

I applied through a job portal. My interview was scheduled very soon after application. Interview was not much longer, though I was asked by some sr. Mgr for preparation of a proposal document which took a little while. I was asked to leave and was confirmed that I will get a call within a week. And I got the call and then there was the salary negotiation with HR and everything was finalized. I have already signed the offer and will be joining soon.
