Standard questionnaire,
a.) The interviewer doesn't possess great knowledge or the required skill set to spearhead the interview.
b.) HR don't even respond to the email that is sent out asking for status! After persistent emails, HR will send a standard template (I have attended a phone interview and received an email stating "Thanks for attending an In-Person" interview LOL!!!). That shows the organization's sincerity and the treatment meted out for the current employees!
c.) It looks like the interviewer made up their mind before even interviewing the candidate
Advice:
Please take sincere efforts while interviewing the potential candidate. As it reflects the organization's sincerity and commitment towards the candidate as well the employees who are currently working with the organization. Most importantly it affects the goodwill of the organization!
As a potential employee puts best efforts in accommodating the interview schedule and the preparation he needs to make a good impression, please show respect by giving him feedback on time rather making them wait indefinitely and try to write a personalized mail rather attaching a "template"! Also, if a candidate is already selected don't waste other candidate's time just for showing numbers to the concerned department or whom so ever concerned!
