Interviews felt more like conversations and people interviewing me were very friendly. I always felt comfortable and was able to say everything I wanted to say. I interviewed three times. First one with recruiter, second one with hiring manager, third one with director of operations. All interviews were done by phone and even though I offered to go tot he offices, they insisted to to phone calls.

First round interview was on the phone and was mainly just questions about myself. Second round interview is typically in person, but they allowed me to do mine on the phone since I was down at school at the time. These were more behavioral-type questions. Third round was in person at the office. Mostly just an overview of the company and making sure I better understood the position/responsibilities. I was offered the job at the end of it.
