Basic field questions, general knowledge of aircraft systems, and basic knowledge of hand tools and termination procedures. I was asked about other places I had worked and how long I had worked there. I was asked for references which they called and I was very well recommended. Manager and supervisor were present during interview process. Then they asked me when could I start.
