Very simple laid back managers had unit tour. Application process was very simple and on boarding was well organized. Orientation was a mess, and the rude lady who had everyone on computers for the training treated this as though we were in grade school. It was edus that should've been easily accessible at home, but you had to go to the hospital to do this. Waste of time and hopefully things will get better once this hospital is bought from a different organization.

Employer asked very few questions, pretty much just gave me all the info about the hospital and asked when I could start. He kinda went off topic to talking about the environment and cost of living around the hospital. There were 2 other nurse managers from the med surge units to answer questions.
