Interview was great, well intro to the company, management and rest of the team.
Position was well described and salary and benefits were pretty clear.
Hiring managers were really pleasant and clear about their expectations about the candidate.

The first interview is conducted over MS Teams, not a phone call. I believe the purpose is to surreptitiously age discriminate. My answers were perfect - with 20 years of experience, they ought to be.
