I had a first round hirevue interview (mix of behavior, technical, and brain teaser questions) and super day. The super day was 3 rounds (2 normal, 1 technical) I went through diversity program so accelerated process. Prepare a good Why Stifel and Why IBD?

The HireVue had several games to test IQ and quick problem-solving. The Superday consisted of 6 consecutive interviews, with only one being technical. The process wasn't too bad. Make sure to study common technicals before the superday.
