2 rounds of phone screens and a superday with 6 sets of 30 min interviews. Some of the people there seemed friendly but they all clearly wanted technical skills above all. Coming from a liberal arts college, it didn't seem like a good fit. Definitely know how to answer "why restructuring" beforehand.
