First round consists of speaking to someone to learn more about the role and they ask typical behavior questions. Then had two back-to-back interviews one with the MD and one with the associate. Had a final interview with another MD who asked various technical questions.

I had one Screening Interview with a VP and then went straight to a final round interview with a MD, no superday very laid back vibe, no technical or behavioral questions, just very conversational.

The process began with submitting my application and networking with members of the team. I first had an initial phone interview with a banker that focused on my background, interest in public finance, and basic finance concepts. After that, I had additional interviews with members of the team where they asked behavioral questions, discussed my coursework and internship experience, and tested my understanding of financial markets and municipal finance. Overall the process was professional and conversational, with a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
