It was over some kind of virtual interview site and there were lots of technical issues. They asked me about myself and had me style some pieces for certain occasions that weren't really items you can style well based on the scenario. For example, they had me style a summer dress, but said that it would be chilly outside. Then I showed them what my sample style was for the scenario I received in advance and they asked me several questions about replacing almost all of the items. It was strange, because the two interviewing me both had no makeup on, their hair and style looked like they had no style sense. I didn't get the job, but I thought I did great and looked great. I say this, because as someone being interviewed for a stylist position I would think that looking the part would be important.
