Meeting five leadership team members in different times, 30 minutes each. Required to do a 45 minutes presentation to provide solutions according to their existing company situation. After the presentation, although they already have clear understanding on who to hire, they still trouble me for reference check, creating wrong perception and false hope to candidate. Got rejected by giving a vague reason. The amount of effort and time put into the whole recruitment process is totally unfair to candidate. At the end, they have got all "free consultations" from candidates but toss candidates like they don't really care. NEVER AGAIN for this company.
