I was e-mailed about a month after I applied. Interview was held at the Sheraton in Dallas. I met in the lobby of the hotel and was made to watch a video on an iPad informing me about what Stitch Fix does. I was then asked to write a description of my sample fix they ask you to put together while sitting in the lobby. (I felt this was unprofessional, but hey.) Then I was told to go to a room on the 38th floor for my interview. When I walked in, the three ladies seemed somewhat unprepared/uninterested in holding an interview. They continued the conversation they were having as I shook their hands and handed them my resume. As I handed my resume to the last women, she laughed and got up and left the interview room because apparently she wasn't one of the interviewers. I was asked how I would style three pieces of clothing and the interview was over. It was apparent they were over the process, I understand, but I would have enjoyed a real interview.
