The process is long and overly involved. It’s project based and there are several rounds, with lots of time in between each. The communication between rounds is sparse and the whole process leaves a lot to be desired.

What would you do for an underperforming employee?
It was significant, there was one phone interview followed by 3 video interviews, followed by a design project and a final interview to present your project. Phone and Video interviews were all about 30 -45 minutes

Very friendly and easy going! The phone call was about 30 minutes long. Interviewer wanted to know about my experience working remotely and also if I had any data experience.
