Online quiz and information as the first step, then a virtual interview. Seamless, recruiters were incredibly nice! I would recommend being prepared with basic interview knowledge (strengths/weaknesses, experience, etc) Same day as my virtual interview I received an offer letter to start in 2 weeks.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
