The interview process is longer than expected. There are multiple steps to the process which ends with a “project”. This project has you style two clients, one male and one female. At the final interview, you will be asked why you chose each product and why you thought it would fit the client best. Be prepared to answer questions on how different fabrics fit different body types.

How would you handle a client that really disliked a Fix you styled?
It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job

Sent resume and heard nothing back. Re-applied 6 months later. Got an interview. In person-- had to bring a board for a specific client. Write a note in waiting room. Meet with 3 interviewees. pretty standard questions easy interview

Had a board with different pieces. Asked me to pick a few and asked how I would style them
