Initial phone screen, followed by code pairing, followed by 3 discussions and a recruiter follow up. Wish I had read the other posts on here. I excelled at all stages, and was given positive feedback by the recruiter at the end. I was told I’d receive a phone call the next week. After going through the entire month long process I was ghosted with no yes/no or feedback. Not a good use of time.
