Went through seven interviews. No project which is nice but seven interviews with 10+ people is extremely excessive. By the end of the process I was just over it and wanted out of the process either way.

A recruiter contacted me. She submitted my resume to the company for the role. I then had a 30-minute phone interview with the three prospective co-workers. I was then invited into the office for a 30-minute in-person interview. It was very easy. They didn't even request to view my resume. The whole process took 10 days.
