I applied online first. They have you write about four style cards for different made up clients. I heard back in about a week that I had moved on to the in person interview. They asked me to make a private Pinterest board with 5 items picked out for a made up client. Once I got to the interview they had me type up a style card for that client and then explain why I chose those 5 items. After that they asked me the typical interview questions. Then they directed me to 3 different items of clothing and asked me how I would categorize them and who I would send them to. I found out I got the job about 3 days later.

Took a while to receive an invitation to interview, but once someone reached out it was a very easy process. They were straightforward about the interview process, accommodating, and very friendly. We emailed to set a date and time for a Zoom interview and I was told what to expect from the interview beforehand and that's exactly how the process went.
