The recruiter was very disorganized and had technical issues throughout the process. When it came to discussing pay, they say the posted range isn't correct and that it's actually adjusted to 3 areas, which my area happens to fall into the least pay. It was well below local market. I ended the discussion and told them I wasn't interested.
