I applied in early October of 2015 and did not get an invitation for an interview until Mid-February 2016 (almost 5 months!). The actual interview was a breeze - the two stylists had me watch an overview video from the head of styling, about 5 minutes in length, and then jumped into live-styling 3 pieces. What was most troubling for me during this whole process is that neither of the two employees who were conducting the interview asked me any questions about my prior experience, or skills I could bring to the job. Additionally, they were extremely unprepared and unprofessional - they had multiple candidates resumes scattered on the table when I arrived and called me by the wrong name on multiple occasions. After leaving the interview, I determined that even if I was given an offer, I would have declined it.

Took a while to receive an invitation to interview, but once someone reached out it was a very easy process. They were straightforward about the interview process, accommodating, and very friendly. We emailed to set a date and time for a Zoom interview and I was told what to expect from the interview beforehand and that's exactly how the process went.
