Long winded and exhausting process. Initial SQL assessment followed by online interview, before by another assessment (online cognitive and personality tests) and then finally another online interview. Such an overkill for a role that did not sell well at all.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Stolt-Nielsen (Romford, England)

Was initially contacted by a recruitment agency regarding the role. Had a 15 minute conversation with the recruiter to learn more about the role. The recuiter was very friendly and seemed like they were eager for me to get the role.
Then moved onto the next stage, which I had a call with 2 of the developers at the company to get an understanding of my experience. This stage was labelled as a technical interview but I was not giving any kind of coding challenges.
Moved on to the final stage which was to go to their office for a chat with a senior manager. I was informed this stage was just an informal chat to see if my character fits the company. Instead, the interview was a repition of the second stsge technical interview but more in depth.
At the beginning of the second stage interview, I was informed that I would receive feedback, no matter the direction it goes. Unfortunately, I recieved no feedback on my performance after the third stage. The recruitment agency tried following up with the company to provide me with feedback, but were not given a response.
