The first round was technical round. There were 2 panelists. Questions revolves around oops concepts, testing techniques and everything. Was a great experience I received a mail regarding I have cleared the round and HR would be contacting me soon. HR did contact me and he told next round would be on-site interview but before that let’s discuss salary. Negotiations happened for a couple of days because he quoted a really low price and told think about it and get back to me it’s covid time. I finally came down to what he quoted(way tooo less) and he did mention about performance bonus that you would get. So I asked him for more clarifications, he was super arrogant and interrupted me and told the job isn’t open anymore and disconnected my call. This was superrr rude. I mean you if you can’t answer basic questions, then how would anyone join? Why do you waste time when you can’t even come close to our quoted ctc. How would anyone join the company if this is office culture?
