best interview ever in past 20ish year so i applied on linkedin, then the TA will send you an email, answer some questions, mostly some common questions like visa, notice period, and there is one about your experience in compliance. i got my visa valid date wrong, corrected by another follow up email, and the TA did not grill this, then arranged an onsite interview. the onsite interview was about to be a panel interview, a team lead and 2 other current staffs on this role. it ends that only the lead bc the rest took leave on that date. the interview is mostly done in mandarin (and if you check the linkedin profile, most memebrs in this team can speak mandarin), I believe whoever going to work in that team can got euphoria: - in propationery period, unlimited times for you to make mistake and everyone will help you out. - you need to takes shifts on weekend, but later you can have 2 days work from home. -the kpi is reasonable for you to pass PP - more case you do, more bonus you get - no OT culture PS: the lead shared a lot about this line of job and some of her personal experience to help me as a job seeker. the TA will send you email if failure than ghost you. if you pass the second onsite round, the third one would be online with HR manager. big thx to the TA (K) and lead (A), you are just so nice. strongly encourage ppl who want to work in compliance or a new role to follow them!
