I was presenting my research project inside the laboratory, I was meeting the supervisor and the colleagues. The interview process was very comfortable and friendly. The duration was about 3-4 hours.

Spoke with several of the employees in my department as well as the then-current postdocs. Was presented with a vignette scenario and asked to interpret it. Took a tour of campus. Had the opportunity to ask questions.

We talked about my background, what my projects are about, then professor introduced the projects are currently running in the lab. Finally , he introduce me the environment and lab members to me. I did not have to much conversation withlab members
